Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order for any products made available by MINDVISION PTY LTD (hereinafter referred to as “MINDVISION”) at www.ondemandhypnosis.com (hereinafter referred to as "On Demand Hypnosis Website") including free, rental, subscription and other products and their accompanying files, documentation and other proprietary materials that belong to MINDVISION as well as third-party tools and resources made available on the On Demand Hypnosis Website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Products").

By placing an order, you accept and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Throughout the Website, the terms "we," "us," and "our" shall refer to MINDVISION.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, YOU SHALL NOT PLACE AN ORDER.

MINDVISION may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale by posting a revised version on the On Demand Hypnosis Website. Placement of any order on the On Demand Hypnosis Website constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. REGISTRATION

You must create an account to use certain features offered on the On Demand Hypnosis Website (e.g., to view a streaming video). To do so, you must provide an email address. By creating an account, you agree to receive notices from MINDVISION at this email address. You must keep your email address valid and current so that we are able to contact you.

If you are an entity other than a natural person, the person who opens an account or otherwise uses the On Demand Hypnosis Website shall be a duly authorized representative of the entity. In this context, “you” means both the entity and each person who is authorized to access the account.

2. AGE RESTRICTION

You must at least be the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order on the On Demand Hypnosis Website. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least the age of majority, and, to the extent required by law, you have the permission of a parent or guardian to create an account on the On Demand Hypnosis Website.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including unauthorized activity. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials and may not share your account credentials with anyone. If you are using a computer or other device that others have access to, you must log out of your account after each session. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account, you must change your password and notify us immediately.

4. PURCHASING

Products are currently made available for purchase in the form of subscription: After paying the stated fee, you may stream the Product an unlimited number of times during the stated subscription period.

To make a purchase, you must provide a valid payment method. We may apply taxes, including GST (goods and services tax) or VAT (value-added tax), to any charges. Prices and other terms of purchase are subject to change.

If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription.

If you are provided access to a Product on a free basis, such access will be deemed a “purchase” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Service. ALL PURCHASES, INCLUDING RECURRING CHARGES, ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Free Trials and Discounts: You may be offered a free trial or discounted subscriptions. When a free-trial period ends, your paid subscription begins (unless you have canceled) and you must pay the monthly or annual fee. If you are provided a discount, you must pay the discounted fee in each billing cycle.

Automatic Renewal: To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. If you are offered a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.

How to Decline Renewal: To pause or cancel a subscription, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period.

You are bound by the User Agreement.
