You will also receive an email titled "Your Receipt" generated by our platform and another email titled "Your receipt from MindVision Pty Ltd" with an official tax invoice/receipt issued by our payment processor Stripe.

Gmail app (mobile)

To move the email from the Promotions folder to your primary inbox:

Open the email and tap the the three dots in the top right corner of the screen (not the dots inside the email), then tap Move to > Primary.

If the email is in your Spam folder:

Open the email and click 'Report NOT Spam.'

[TIP] You can also tap the three dots in the upper right corner and click 'Mark Important' to give it priority in your inbox.

Apple Mail app (mobile)

1. Open your Mail app

2. Go to the Mailbox screen

3. Select the Junk folder.

4. Find the email and swipe left.

5. Tap the More button.

6. Tap the Mark button.

7. Tap the 'Mark as Not Junk' button.

Outlook app (mobile)

1. Open the email.

2. Tap the three dots in the top right of the screen (not the dots inside the email).

3. Tap Move to Focused Inbox.

4. In the popup box, tap the radius button for 'Move this and all future messages' then tap MOVE TO FOLDER.

Gmail (desktop)

To move the email from the Promotions folder to your primary inbox:

Click and drag the email into the Primary tab.

Click Yes.

If the email is in your Spam folder:

Open the email, and click 'Report NOT Spam.'

Apple Mail (desktop)

1. Open the email

2. Select From: team@email.ondemandhypnosis.com

3. Choose 'Create New Contact' or 'Add to VIP.'

Outlook (desktop)

1. Select the email and right-click.

2. Choose Junk > Never Block Sender from the dropdown menu.
